Julian Anders is the silent partner in Sapphire; an erotic matchmaking club, a place where you are matched up based on you wants and desires in the bedroom, and Julian had very specific wants, namely, not needed a traditional relationship. That was working well for him until his best friends little sister Kayla Quinn walks into his club.

Kayla Quinn feels that something is missing from her life; Kayla is a natural submissive and needs a dominant male to fulfill her needs, which is how she find herself at the Sapphire Club…only she wasn't expecting Julian there demanding that she leave…especially when it's the one man, she has always wanted.

Okay, so I'm not going to tell you any more of the story, as it would just giveaway the whole story, and that would be a shame. As in all Ella Jade books, they are hot and steamy and you are left wanting more, but I live in hope that the Sapphire Club will turn into a series, so we will get lots more.

So, let's get to the basics, shall we! The writing is truly spicy and hot, which is Ella Jane's signature.  The plot was delicious, thought I am woefully sad that it is not longer.  When it comes to the characters, you have to like Julian, despite his pompous nature. Kayla is spunky and not afraid to use her colors. But Blake stole the show for me and I hope he gets his own book soon.

Master of the Inn by Ella Jade Review

Executive chef Elyse Clapton has had it with city life. She’s spent the last few years building her cheating boyfriend’s trendy New York City restaurant into a success. When their relationship ends, so does her desire to be in his kitchen. She flees to a quaint inn she remembers visiting as a child. She gets more than she bargains for when she meets the sexy, reclusive inn keeper.

Handyman Logan Cole inherited Pleasure Inn against his wishes. Ever since he got caught up in a scandal involving another man’s wife, he keeps to himself – finding solace in a bottle. He didn’t realize how lonely he’d become until Elyse shows up on his porch.

He’s instantly drawn to her and convinces her to stay at the Bed and Breakfast. Elyse comes to town looking for a getaway. She never expects to fall for Logan. It doesn’t take her long to believe the inn’s motto. Logan’s dominance in the bedroom makes all of her fantasies a reality.

Just a little warning, this book is erotic with a little light BDSM thrown in, so as long as you like erotic stories, it is perfect for you.

This is my first Ella Jade book and I have to say I really enjoyed it, she has an extensive back list which I look forward to reading.

So the story is as follows, Elyse leaves Manhattan after finding out her boyfriend has been cheating on her and to make matters worse he is also an investor in the restaurant when she is the Executive Chef.

Elyse is on the verge of a breakdown, her family tells her to go and spend time in the country for some much needed R&R. Elyse decided to go back to the small B&B when her family would stay during her childhood. When she arrives she finds that the B&B is closed for renovation, but the new hunky owner Logan Cole begs her to stay for at least the night.

Without giving too much of the story away, Elyse and Logan have to overcome many hurdles from mistrust to an interfering ex with their own agenda. Overall a smooth read, I was surprised on how quickly the characters got together and how problems just seem to disappear overnight, but still an enjoyable read.

A solid 8 out of 10 from me and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

The Weekend Proposition by Ella Jade Review

No-nonsense businessman Spencer Cannon has a dilemma. He’s headed to Connecticut for the weekend to attend his cousin’s elaborate wedding. His whole family will be there in addition to his obsessed ex-girlfriend Ava. According to Spencer’s brother, Ava has been telling her friends she’s planning a magical reunion with her favorite ex-boyfriend. Spencer’s not in the mood to deal with her, but he can’t miss the wedding. He needs a plan.

Struggling Brooklyn waitress and aspiring graphic designer Dakota Vercelli has fallen on hard times. College debts, pending eviction, and her sick mother are taking a toll on her. A chance encounter with Mr. Cannon, CEO of Cannon and Carrington Advertising, leads to a proposition that may be just the thing to solve both of their problems. Spencer’s offer—spend four days with him during the wedding festivities and keep his ex-off his trail. In return, he’ll compensate her generously for her time. He needs a weekend girlfriend, and Dakota needs the cash.

It was just a temporary business deal, but after sharing a room, kissing under the stars, and attending a wedding, their attraction is undeniable. Will the illusion end when the weekend is over or is the proposition just the beginning? This is such a sweet (hot) love story. Spencer has a crazy ex-girlfriend who wants to get back with him and to make matters worse she is his Grandfather’s business partners Granddaughter.

Ava (the ex) plans to use Spencer’s cousins wedding as a platform to entice Spencer back into her life. Spencer thankfully become aware of Ava’s plans and decides to get a pretend girlfriend. Spencer just so happens to come across Dakota (Cota) while she is working as his office cleaner. After tracking her down at Cota’s second job at a diner in Brooklyn, Spencer offers Cota; The Weekend Proposition.

Inn for the Holidays by Ella Jade Review

Innkeepers Logan and Elyse Cole have been making people’s fantasies a reality for the past six months at their popular bed and breakfast. While running Pleasure Inn has been a rewarding experience for the happy couple, it also requires long hours and busy weekends. Catering to their guests’ whims and fantasies doesn’t leave much free time for the Coles. They need a few days to reconnect and indulge in their own fantasies.

Logan makes that happen with a surprise gift to his wife. He reserves the inn for just the two of them several days before Christmas. Two nights of uninterrupted romance is exactly what this couple needs. Logan reminds Elyse what drew her to him in the first place. He vows to make good on his promise to always make all of her fantasies a reality.

She wants nothing more than for the Master of the Inn to make an appearance this holiday season.

Inn for the Holidays is a short novella in the Pleasure Inn Series; you will find Logan and Elyse from Master of the Inn. All books in this series stand alone and can be read in any order.

So this is a very short novella, going back to Logan and Elyse and their first Christmas at the Pleasure Inn. Logan plans this special weekend for just the two of them after a very busy season.
